Biography


Sandile is a 37 year old artist living in Khayelitsha Cape Town.He is a qualified graphic designer having completed 
a National diploma at Cape Peninsula University of Technology as well as an N2 qualification in Art at 
Sivuyile college.
Although working predominately in oil painting since 2002, he fines textile screenprinting fulfilling as well. 
Landscapes, portraits and wildlife inspire his art and so are the most dominant subjects of his work currently.
He is represented locally at the Chameleon Gallery in Kalk Bay as well as the Lookout Hill Craft market in Khayelitsha.
